Online orders refund policy
All orders are eligible for a refund if the following conditions are met:

The purchase date is within 30 days of the date of the refund request

The product is unopened, and the product's condition is identical to when the customer received it

Video evidence of the unboxing process will help speed up the process of the refund request

The content of the order remains unchanged, unmodified, and unaltered.

​Refund request will take 3-7 days to process, and the period will not be affected by public holidays or weekends.
